OUR REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

 

At Little Bear Prints we want our customers to be completely satisfied with the quality of our creative art journals and other printed products.

 

We therefore recommend you read this Refund and Return Policy prior to you making a purchase from us online, so you are familiar with our policy on refunds and returns and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

We recommend you immediately inspect any products that we deliver to you or that you collect from us to ensure you are completely satisfied with the products, including that the products are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.

 

Consumer Guarantees and Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law

All goods sold in Australia come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

About our Refund, Return Policy

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with the product supplied to you, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund including any postage associated with the return of product.

 
Goods Damaged in Transit

If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Please have your order number with you to assist us to resolve your issue promptly.

Little Bear Prints will arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging.

Returns

If you wish to return a product, the product must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt and we may also ask you to demonstrate that the problem with the product was not your fault.

Once we identify the problem with the product, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate remedy, which may include, either a replacement or refund. For example, if your order arrives damaged, we will arrange to either replace the product or refund the price to you.

 
Instances where a refund might not be issued

We recommend you carefully review any orders before adding them to your shopping cart as we cannot normally cancel or adjust orders due to their personalised nature, and we do not provide refunds where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere.

We do not accept responsibility to provide a replacement or refund in these circumstances:

(1) because the actual colours or tones differ to the colours and tones displayed on your monitor (unless this is due to fault on the part of us or our agents and contractors in connection with the production of your order); or

(2) where poor quality prints and other photo gift products are produced due to:

(i) your decision to supply us with a low resolution or poor quality images;

(ii) errors in spelling, punctuation or accuracy of any text supplied or entered by you;

(iii) errors that you have made in selecting the style, size, quantity or type of product

 

Refunds

Refunds will be made by Little Bear Prints via the method of payment you used to make your online purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) days.

Where Little Bear Prints considers the goods to have breached a consumer guarantee, any shipping costs to return the goods to Little Bear Prints will be at Little Bear Prints cost.
